The Townsville Brass Academy is designed to teach our players of the future the core skills needed for Brass playing. It provides inexpensive tuition from expert local tutors, and allows the student to experience the highlights of Brass Banding. The majority of current Townsville Brass members have passed through this academy, and several have gone on to achieve very high accolades in music.

If you have had an urge to learn a brass instrument, please come along. The Academy caters for students of any age, skill level and experience. Come along and take a look! Visitors are welcome, and tutors are available to answer any questions you may have.
